We offer the following delivery options:
- Home Delivery: Have your items delivered directly to your address.
- Pick Up Point at a Parcel Shop: Collect your items from one of our selected pick-up locations.
The delivery price is calculated at checkout, based on your chosen delivery method and delivery address. We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination:
- Within Denmark: 1-2 business days
- International: 3-8 days
14-Day Return Policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your items. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
2-Year Warranty
As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty, which means you can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
